Plant Care & Install Expert / Horticulturist — Munich

We are expanding into Munich and are looking for a Plant Care & Install Expert to help us grow our presence in the city. You'll be responsible for the installation and care of plants for new plantclub members as we establish local operations.

Your responsibilities:

• Building our local operations and team from day one
• Installing and caring for plants in offices and other spaces
• Providing expert plant care: watering, pruning, bug treatment, re-potting
• Managing plant treatments and replacements
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with plantclub members

• Experience working with greenery, flowers, or indoor plants
• Strong knowledge of different plant species and their care requirements
• A 'green thumb' and the ability to help plants thrive in various environments
• A plus: experience with semi-hydroponic systems
• Ability to lift 25kg independently and climb a ladder
• Interest in interior design and plant-filled spaces
• Comfortable meeting clients and understanding their space needs
• Hands-on, adaptable, excited to help grow an early-stage startup in a new city
• Strong communication skills: English (C1) and German (C1)
• EU driver's licence, comfortable driving a van (up to 3.5t) around Munich
• Ideally holds a valid German Sachkundenachweis for plant protection products
