We take care of design, installation and plant care, to provide companies with beautiful, rented greenery to make their office space beautiful and their teams happy.
Since not all work happens in the office, we also support companies with plants for their employees' homes so that they can enjoy nature from wherever they work.

💚 About the Role
You will be responsible for plant care at the offices of Plantclub members in Berlin
Care for plants, including watering, pruning, bug treatment, and repotting
Build & own the relationship with Plantclub members
Manage plant treatments & replacements
Share expert plant knowledge with team members, so we can learn and grow together

👩🏽💻 Your Profile
Previous experience in working with greenery, flowers or indoor plants
Knowledgeable and possess a comprehensive understanding of different plants and the conditions they require
Comfortable looking after plants and have the ‘green thumb’ required to make them flourish
Interested in interior design and can curate a beautiful, plant-filled office environment
Comfortable meeting clients and listening to their wishes for their space
Hands-on and ready to join an early-stage startup and grow with it
You have very good communication skills and are proficient in English (C1). You can fluently speak German (B2) and are confident in speaking and communicating with clients in German
