💚 About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Hamburg on a freelance basis. As part of our small, international team, you'll contribute to our mission by preparing and executing plant installations, particularly focusing on making offices across Hamburg greener. Additionally, you'll support our Hamburg team with operations, including plant deliveries and growth initiatives, as well as potentially hosting plant care workshops. If you're passionate about plants and have a knack for DIY projects, this role is perfect for you! And as we grow in Hamburg, this role could also develop into a long-term contract position.

👩🏽💻 Your Profile
Hands-on attitude with a willingness to grow with an early-stage startup.
Comfortable getting your hands dirty and using tools like a drill.
Able to lift 25kg independently.
Proactive, have initiative, can work independently, and love organizing things.
You have an EU driver’s license and feel comfortable driving a van (up to 3.5t).
Interest in interior design and creating plant-filled environments.
Previous experience working with plants or flowers is a huge plus!
Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (C1) and German (C1).
Must have a valid German certificate of competence (Sachkundenachweis) for the use of plant protection products.
