💚 About the Role
You’ll work directly with our Growth team on initiatives that help Plantclub grow sustainably across our B2B markets. This role is hands-on, cross-functional, and ideal if you enjoy optimizing real systems inside a company that’s scaling fast.
B2B Growth & Partnerships
Research and identify companies, platforms, and communities that align with our target clients (culture-driven, design-led workplaces).
Support partnership outreach: researching contacts, drafting tailored messaging, and tracking responses.
Maintain our partner pipeline by assiting with partner campaigns and events.
Social Media, Content & SEOSupport the growth of Plantclub’s social presence (primarily LinkedIn, with support on Instagram when relevant).
Interview members and partners to turn real stories into on-brand, SEO-relevant content that’s useful and conversion-oriented (not fluff).
Help plan and maintain our editorial calendar across channels.
Monitor engagement and performance, sharing insights on what’s working and where to improve.
Stay close to trends and formats relevant for B2B, design-led, and sustainability-focused brands.
Growth Projects & Market Expansion
Own smaller growth initiatives end-to-end, including seasonal campaigns, outreach experiments, and ideas the team wants to test.
Coordinate across teams (Design, Ops, Partnerships) to move projects from idea to execution.
Support market expansion into new cities or regions through competitor research, pricing and positioning analysis, and adapting growth materials (messaging, content, outreach).
Assist with city launch tasks, documentation, and post-launch learnings.

You have very good communication skills and are proficient in both German (C1) and English (C1)
Interest in startups, sustainability, design, or workplace culture
Comfortable juggling multiple projects and learning as you go
