We take care of design, installation and plant care, to provide companies with beautiful, rented greenery to make their office space beautiful and their teams happy.
Since not all work happens in the office, we also support companies with plants for their employees' homes so that they can enjoy nature from wherever they work.

💚 About the Role
We're looking for a dedicated and passionate colleague to join our international and plant-loving team in Berlin on a freelance basis, who can take ownership in preparing & executing plant and/or craft-related workshops and events.
Work closely together with the Design and Growth Team to prepare and host workshops and meet-up events
Take ownership of pop up shops in our Plantclub warehouse space
Workshop sessions are mostly scheduled to take place at the client’s office. Events and Pop up shops will take place in the warehouse
Be able to lead groups of 10 to 20 adults, with support from one or two other individuals
We will provide all necessary materials, including a plan for how the workshop and event is structured

👩🏽💻 Your Profile
You have very good communication skills and are proficient in English (C1). German is a plus!
You are open to occasionally working evenings and Saturdays
You have experience working in a hands-on environment
You are able to independently lead workshops for groups of 10-20 individuals, with knowledge on topics such as:
Plant Care: current workshops include propagation & repotting, plant health and pests
Plant-Related Crafts: from crafting intricate macramé plant hangers to designing festive wreaths, you'll guide participants through creative processes that celebrate the beauty of plants
Open to developing and executing new workshop ideas
You can contribute to on-site event coordination, including meet-ups and pop-up plant shops.
You have a driver’s license and feel comfortable driving a car around Berlin
You are a team player and you love building something great
You are hyper-organized and enjoy coordination and ownership
