💚 About the Role
You’ll work closely with our Senior Designer to bring projects to life for some of Europe’s most forward-thinking employers. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that combines creativity, coordination, and communication.
You will:
• Create tailored plant design concepts for top European companies, motivating teams through thoughtful green design
• Own the full customer journey—from intro call to on-site consultation, concept creation to contract signing
• Gain leadership and project management skills as you help execute installations across Germany
• Collaborate with our Operations team to bring your designs to life, ensuring a smooth handover to our installation teams
• Support procurement by placing orders based on your concepts and tracking + receiving deliveries
• Help improve internal processes across Design, Procurement, and Communication
• Build relationships with leading architecture and interior design studios across Europe to support our partnership growth

👩🏽💻 Your Profile
• Excellent communicator in English (C1+) and German (B1+)
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least 1 year of experience in a startup or design-related role (e.g. architecture, interiors, creative agency)
• Confident using Google Workspace or similar tools - you pick up new software quickly
• Experience in customer service or account management - you write sharp emails and shine on the phone
• Solid knowledge of plants and how to care for them in different conditions
• Able to lift 25 kg independently and comfortable climbing a ladder to install plants
• Detail-oriented, professional, and enjoy coordinating projects and owning outcomes
• Flexible, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
