💚 About the Role
You’ll work closely with our Senior Designer to deliver high-quality plant concepts for some of Europe’s most forward-thinking employers.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on, client-facing role combining creativity, coordination, and commercial awareness. You’ll typically manage and support 5–8 active leads across different pipeline stages at any given time, balancing design quality with speed and follow-through.
You will:
Design and deliver tailored plant concepts — owning projects from intro call and site visit to proposal and contract close
Manage execution end-to-end, coordinating procurement, timelines, suppliers, and installation handovers
Take full task ownership from assignment to closure, including weekly pipeline updates and structured documentation
Support and relieve the Senior Designer by independently managing smaller projects and progressing larger ones
Improve internal workflows across Design, Procurement, and Communication
Build and maintain relationships with architecture and interior design partners
Success in this role means delivering concepts on time, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring seamless handovers to Operations.
You can expect regular on-site consultations and installation days in Berlin, with occasional travel within Germany.

👩🏽💻 Your Profile
Fluent in English (C1+) and confident in German (B1+)
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. design, architecture, horticulture, business, or similar)
1+ year of experience in a startup, design-led, or customer-facing environment (architecture, interiors, creative agency, etc.)
Strong communicator with customer service or account management experience — you write sharp emails and feel confident picking up the phone in both German & English
Comfortable working in fast-paced pipelines with clear weekly reporting expectations
Organised and tech-savvy — confident in Google Workspace, Figma, and digital documentation tools
Solid plant knowledge, with confidence caring for plants in varied light and office conditions
Hands-on and physically capable — able to lift up to 25 kg independently and work on ladders during installations
Detail-oriented, professional, and proactive — you enjoy coordinating projects, solving problems, and owning outcomes
