Pliant's growing Berlin team needed an office that felt as considered as their product, a space that supports deep focus while still feeling warm and welcoming to clients and new hires.
Our Approach
We layered structural floor plants in communal zones with softer shelf greenery across desks, creating a calm, consistent backdrop without competing for attention. The scheme is designed to scale as the team grows.
