We’ve Got Your Plants Covered.

Wondering what exactly Plantclub does in your office - or if you should water that fiddle-leaf fig next to your desk?

The simple answer is no. You don’t need to lift a watering can, spray bottle, or anything at all. We take care of it all.

Plant care is our speciality, and our approach is designed to make things effortless for you. From the moment your plants arrive, they become part of a carefully planned routine to keep them thriving throughout the year.

A dedicated Plant Expert - someone who knows your space, your light, and your plants - visits every two weeks to water, prune, fertilise, treat, and, if needed, replace plants before problems arise. It’s hands-off for you, and all about keeping your greenery at its best, whatever the season.

Why You Shouldn’t Water

It’s tempting to “help” a thirsty-looking fern - but plants have their own rhythms, shaped by species, light, and season. Our trained experts adjust care to give each plant exactly what it needs - never too much, never too little.

Ensuring every plant thrives, no matter how high it hangs.

The secret? We use a semi-hydroponic substrate made from lightweight clay pebbles and mineral components. These materials hold exactly the right amount of moisture around the roots, while excess water drains away to prevent waterlogging and root rot. Our substrate keeps oxygen flowing to the roots, helping them grow stronger, and makes it harder for pests like fungus gnats to settle in.

Because the substrate slowly releases water over time, plants can stay perfectly hydrated for weeks - ideal for busy workplaces. And when we replace a plant, we can clean the substrate so it can be reused for years, keeping waste to a minimum.

Seasonal Care: Knowing When and How

Caring for plants is about more than just watering. Our experts monitor your greenery closely to know exactly when it’s time to prune back a plant that’s outgrown its space, treat any pests, gently humidify a leaf to encourage it to unfold naturally, or wipe the leaf surface to allow more light to be absorbed.

Each individual plant has its own needs that change with the seasons, so we adjust fertilising schedules and care routines accordingly. We also draw on the collective knowledge of the entire Plantclub team, sharing insights to resolve any challenges that come up. Because we know your plants well, we can respond with subtle, precise care that keeps them healthy and balanced throughout the year.

Closer Monitoring, Stronger Connections

Unlike other providers who visit every three weeks, we find that two-week visits are crucial to keeping plants in top condition. This frequency allows us to check in regularly with your office manager, understand what’s happening in your space, and respond quickly if you’ve noticed something - a shift in sunlight, changes in temperature, or even a plant leaning a little too close to a desk area.
We work quietly, without disrupting your day, but we’re always happy to answer a question or share our knowledge. This ongoing relationship helps your greenery thrive alongside the rhythm of your workplace.

A Circular Life for Every Plant

For us, plants don’t just have one chapter, they have a story that continues. When a plant’s time in your office comes to an end, we bring it back to our warehouse for some careful attention.

Once refreshed, it either heads off to another office or finds a new home at our monthly Preloved Plant Sale at the C2 Studio. It’s part of our circular care approach: refresh, rehome, repeat. Nothing - and no leafy friend - is wasted.

With Plantclub, plant care is thoughtful, personal, and circular. You enjoy a vibrant, healthy workspace without worrying about maintenance, knowing each plant is nurtured from day one to its next chapter.

Green, easy, and thriving. That’s the Plantclub way.
