At Plantclub, we’ve always believed plants do more than brighten a room: they create healthier, more productive environments and bring people together. Our journey began as Berlin’s trusted plant rental partner, helping offices and businesses transform their workspaces into greener, calmer, and more inspiring places. We don’t just deliver plants: we craft custom green solutions designed specifically for each space, working closely with designers and partners to bring unique, living environments to life. Over time, we realized our mission goes far beyond just providing plants. We’re building a creative, local community, a network of businesses and individuals passionate about sustainability, innovation, and nurturing green spaces in the city we call home.

This summer marks an exciting new chapter with the launch of ‘Growing in Berlin’ , a special series of plant-themed workshops, talks, and events centered around connection, creativity, and sustainability. Hosted primarily at our Plantclub C2 Studio in Charlottenstraße 2, this program invites Berlin’s plant enthusiasts, local makers, and business partners alike to come together and grow, not just plants, but ideas, collaborations, and a shared commitment to greener urban living.

Join us between the 26 June to the 25 July for a month of Plant-themed events.

Growing in Berlin!

’Growing in Berlin’ is a celebration of community and growth in every sense. From late June to mid July, we’ll open the doors of Plantclub C2 Studio and partner locations across the city to host a rich lineup of activities designed to inspire, educate, and connect.

Expect hands-on workshops where you can build your own terrarium with Rising Greens, craft plant-inspired candles alongside Garden State Candles, or practice botanical life drawing sessions in our greenhouse with Lucy Schmidt. Relaxed meetups like Work&Space bring together office managers, designers, and sustainability advocates to share ideas for greener workplaces. Music performance, plants and ceramic market round out the experience, creating diverse moments to engage with Berlin’s vibrant plant culture.

Every event embodies our core values - local, sustainable, creative, and green, reflecting the spirit of Berlin’s community that grows with us.

We wouldn’t be here without the incredible partnerships that have blossomed alongside Plantclub over the years. These collaborations are also celebrated during ‘Growing in Berlin'and help the program flourish. Our longstanding friends at Nornorm join us at Backfabrik, bringing their circular design expertise to the conversation on sustainable workspace innovation. Their work aligns seamlessly with Plantclub’s ethos of creating lasting, nurturing environments. While we focus on delivering living plants through a subscription model, they bring sustainable furniture solutions on a similar basis: together crafting spaces that truly endure. During GROWING IN BERLIN, we’re also partnering with the multidisciplinary conference Urban Utopia, where we’ll host a retired plant pop-up sale, bringing together sustainable design, community, and plant lovers in one inspiring space. Additionally, we are co-hosting a Work&Space meetup with our longtime office designer partner Katja from Urban Kiwi.

All year long, creative collaborators like Petite Jungle, The Plantasaurus, and Himmelbeet lend their unique expertise to workshops that encourage hands-on learning and a deep appreciation for plants - from terrarium building and indoor tropical plant care to outdoor foraging sessions.

Local producers such as Tiny Farms and All the Flowers connect Berliners with seasonal, local flowers and vegetables, enriching the community’s access to fresh, sustainable greenery.

With partners like Cradle2Cradle or designers like Dittmar + Friends and Hübsch Interiors, we continue to explore how plants and furniture design can come together to make everyday spaces healthier and more inspiring.
